OUR MISSION

"We believe that the goal of St Paul's Orthodox Youth Society (SPOYS) is the integration of each young person fully into the total life of our congregation. We believe that Orthodox Christians must commit themselves to living the Orthodox Faith daily through worship, witness, service and fellowship. SPOYS strives to create a sense of belonging among the youth of our congregation. It is through theological, social and sport activities that we work together to maintain one of the church's most important assets."

SPOYS HAFLI Arabian Nights 2009 - Saturday 7th February 2009
Come and enjoy a BRISBANE FIRST dance party along with the all famous DJ KOSSI mixing it up with the traditional and latest in arabic and english music (ALL GENRES)!! Only good attitudes are invited with the urge and need to party hard and have a good time!

Tickets are $15 pre-ordered and $20 at the door.

FORTNIGHTLY BIBLE STUDIES SUSPENDED TILL FURTHER NOTICE.
Fortnightly bible studies have been suspended due to the school holidays and various commitments that the speakers have. They should start again in March 2009.

MONTHLY YOUTH COMMITTEE MEETING
Monthly youth committee meetings will now be held on the first Sunday of every month with the next one scheduled for the 1st February 2009 at 7pm. The meeting will not go for longer than 1-2hrs and ALL youth are invited to attend.

WEEKLY CHOIR PRACTICE
Weekly choir practice is held every week immediate after Sunday Liturgy upstairs in the church. This practice is for approximately 15-20 minutes and is a great opportunity to learn the hymns of our church.
